Vegan chocolate chunks in this mix create a gooey and rich, but not to sweet classic chocolate chunk cookie. Traditional + vegan recipes offered. Make these cookies your own size, but we suggest tablespoon-sized balls with a slight press onto the baking sheet. Baking mix offers two recipes, traditional and vegan. Traditional, 2 eggs + 1 stick of butter is needed. Vegan, 2/3 cup oil + 3/4 cup of applesauce is needed.
