What is magnesium cream used for?
Magnesium cream is a topical way to support sleep, calm the nervous system, and ease muscle tension. It’s commonly used for restless sleep, stress, growing pains, and sore muscles.

Made with organic ingredients:
Magnesium chloride, sunflower oil, coconut oil, local beeswax, mango butter, rosemary extract, lavender essential oil (optional), and a naturally derived preservative system.

How to use:
Apply to feet, legs, or shoulders daily, especially in the evening.
