Refund policy

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept product returns. However, we value our customers and the products they enjoy so please reach out if there is a problem with your order and we will work to make it right. 

Need to make a change to your order? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can work to make an adjustment for you. 

Received the wrong item or missing something? Let us know! Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will help resolve the issue so you can get back to enjoying your products! 

Something damaged in transit? We hand pack and make sure to protect your products as much as we can during their final trip to you, but if something ever arrives damaged, spilled, or defective in any way please let us know asap! Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 3 days. We will require photos, kindly send to hello@naturalnorthern.com along with any additional details.
