Shipping policy

Natural Northern currently ships within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Processing Times

Most orders are carefully packed and leave our shop within 2–4 business days. During sales, holidays, product launches, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

Shipping Options

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS, with available shipping rates shown at checkout. 

Economy Shipping: Most packages arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.

Standard & Express Shipping: Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown when you select your shipping method.

Please keep in mind that carrier transit times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside of our control.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because many Natural Northern products are made with natural butters, oils, and beeswax, their texture can be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

If a cream or balm arrives softer than expected, place it in a cool area and allow it to return to room temperature before opening or using. Changes in texture caused by temperature do not necessarily affect the quality of the product.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we reuse clean shipping and packing materials to help reduce unnecessary waste. Your package may not always arrive in brand-new packing materials, but your products will always be packed with care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Email hello@naturalnorthern.com and include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging.
