Applied topically can help move lymphatic fluid, is a gentle decongestant, supports circulation, helps relieve inflammation, and is great anti microbial/ anti fungal.

If you have TMJ pain, or congestion in your ears/sinuses this is really nice. I’ll add a drop of German chamomile and apply to the back of the ear and jawline if my kids have an ear ache.
