Looking to get a bar of soap but don't want to pay full price? Take advantage of purchasing one of my soap misfits! These bars of soaps are considered misfits because they were my PREVIOUS bars of soap (same recipe and soap, just not the same size or mold!) & either got chipped in the soap cutting process, they do not meet exact size/weight requirements, or they are affected by soda ash (the white ashy film on the soap in the photos!). Soda ash is a natural process that occurs to the soap when unsaponified lye reacts with naturally-occurring carbon dioxide in the air. It doesn’t affect the final bars and each soap affected by soda ash is safe to use.
